ROLLA, Mo. – The Missouri University of Science & Technology will host the annual Missouri Concrete Conference April 26-27, 2011.
Presentations at the conference include: recycled concrete mixtures, real-time mixture adjustment, shrinkage-compensation, freeze-resistant concrete, status of flyash regulation, self consolidating concrete, roller compacted concrete case histories, strange construction problems, batch plant maintenance, OSHA preparedness, tier 4 diesel engine issue, poor testing techniques and consequences, low strength game plan, concrete resurfacing, whitetopping, two-lift pavement construction, full-depth reclamation, sustainability, and MoDOT case histories and new specifications.
The conference should be of interest to contractors, public agencies, consulting engineers, testing labs, aggregate producers, ready mix, cement and admixture suppliers, and equipment technical reps. Registration is $130 per person.
