The Kansas City Section of ASCE held a Joint Luncheon on December 15th with the Missouri Society of Professional Engineers – Western Chapter. During this Luncheon, US Army Corps of Engineers District Engineer Colonel Douglas Guttormsen presented on the role of the US Army Corps of Engineers within our Region. Col. Guttormsen also spoke about the projects the USACE KC District is looking at moving forward. The event was well attended and given that MSPE-WC were hosting, the KC Section members of ASCE got the chance to recite the Engineer’s Creed.
