On April 11th the Society President-Elect Kristina Swallow visited Kansas City, where she met with the UMKC Student Chapter of ASCE; took a tour of the Linda Hall Library with Eric Ward and Benjamin Gross, and at our Annual Awards Luncheon meeting at the Plaza III restaurant she presented various and Life Member awards, and spoke on ASCE’s three (3) primary Initiatives: Raising the Bar, Sustainability, and the Grand Challenge.
